Ken Paves Professional Hair Dryer

I purchased a Ken Paves travel dryer, and although it has worked well, the plastic casing that contains the electrical writing has cracked. The handle has cracked significantly in several places. My husband, an engineer has looked at it and feels that it is cheap plastic and poor workmanship. This dryer is used occasionally at home by one user and has been well cared for. I have not had a unit self-destruct like this in my 60 years of life.
