Who can even use it?

I have tried it many times, hoping that I just got a bad one, but they are all the same. I have yet to get a tube that I could actually use. The product is dry, kind of like trying to rub a candle or a dry bar of soap under my arms.... could never get enough product on to know if it works or not!
