I have used this for at least 10 years. I originally bought this in the kit form with skin conditioners and cloth strips. I have only used it on my face. There was a learning curve, and at first, it was hard to get the results I wanted. With practice, it got easy to use. I had only tried to was hot wax 1 time before trying this product. I love the way this product works to remove my facial hair on my chin , neck, and above my upper lip. I would rather buy the whole kit again but have been unable to find it.
