I have only recently started liking this product just because for one, I was really hesitant to have that much shimmer on my face, and two I didnt know where to apply it. I found that it really creates a nice all over glow when you mix it with your regular foundation or tinted moisturizer. It makes for a subtle glow thats is not too shimmery and wont make you look oily. I dont like the sponge tip applicator so I put it on a metal palette first and then use a brush to apply it on spots where I feel I need a little glow. Great product for the price as Mark and Avon products always are affordable. I think I have the Champagne color which is great for any skintone.

These brushes are good for someone who is just beginning to use makeup. The only one I didnt particularly care for was the powder brush. It tends to shed and is a bit too stiff for me. The other brushes are good for the price, who can beat the price right?! Plus they come in a travel size so its great for when you travel or to keep in your purse for touchups throughout the day. For me, I think brushes are something to invest in because they should last a long time and brushes can really make a difference when applying makeup. If you want great quality brushes, try MAC, Smashbox or Nars.

If you want color, get MUFE eyeshadows! They come in tons of different colors, the size of each shadow is HUGE, long lasting, and they blend easily. Best used over a primer but not necessary if you want just a wash of color since they are so highly pigmented. They glide on so smoothly and they dont clump in certain spots like some eyeshadows do. Great investment for eyeshadows because they will last soooo long.

These eyeshadows come in a variety of colors. However, their quality isnt the best. I have three single colors and I hardly ever use them because they are not very pigmented, you have to reapply many times to get the color to pop. I would use MAC, MUFE, and Nars before the Urban Decay ones. One plus about them is their packaging. I like how they have a clear top so you can see each color, some brands have packaging where you need to open every eyeshadow to see which color you need, so I like that about the UD ones.

If you havent tried this eyeshadow primer yet, TRY IT! I have tried so many other primers and I always seem to go back to this one. The consistency is perfect, not watery and not too thick. Perfect amount comes off on the sponge applicator. Enhances eyeshadow color amazingly. Great staying power. Doesnt crease. Lasts long.

Miss Dior Cherie is a very unique fragrance. In their layers of notes it contains scents that include Caramel Popcorn and Strawberry. It is a very feminine fragrance that is very sweet smelling and makes a bold statment since it can be overpowering. The bottle is absolutely gorgeous and their print ads and commercials are so cute and playful which depict the scent perfectly. I dont think it is a fragrance for anyone because it does change according to your own body chemistry. If you are thinking about buying it, test it out first. Go to a department store and spray one pump directly onto your wrist. Dont rub it in but just pat it gently. It may smell at first like alcohol which is normal, but after a few minutes it will start to warm up on your skin. Walk around for 15-20 minutes which is the time it takes for fragrances to settle in and reveal their true scent. Dior is a luxury designer brand so expect to be paying close to $100 for the 3.4oz bottle. Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day are when they usually come out with special value sets.

Dior has one of the most creamy eyeliners. They glide on very smoothly and are easy to smudge. However, my eyes tend to water a lot because I wear contacts and I have oily eyelids so this eyeliner does not stay put for very long. I live in hot humid weather also which could be a contributing factor since I have not found an eyeliner yet that will stay put (still need to try Urban Decay 24/7 or MUFE Aqua Eyes) on my eyes so maybe its just me. They dont have a wide variety of colors available, mayb 6 shades? Which include black, deep brown, khaki, purple, blue, and green. The color of the eyeliners are not very bright accept the blue. If you use it everyday, they last pretty long and the size is a good size for the price. The end comes with a smudger, which is a plus, but remember to clean off the smudger everytime you use it because it has a sponge like texture which can harness bacteria, you also dont want the product to start building up on the smudger. I would recommend spraying it with 99% alcohol once in a while and let it dry to kill all the germs.

This is a great mascara if you have oily skin or oily eyelids where your mascara usually runs and you have raccoon eyes at the end of the day. This mascara will not budge unless you use warm water to take it off. Living in Hawaii, I used to surf a lot when this product first came out and I tested it out while I was surfing to see whether it would live up to its claim. And what do you know... My mascara stayed put and didnt run one bit over a 2 hour session of surfing! It does lengthen your lashes a bit also which is great but it just has that natural look to it where you can barely tell you are wearing mascara. Use it for that "I just woke up but look damn good" look. It does dry fast so be sure to apply it quickly if you layer your mascara otherwise it will clump. When you want to take it off, use warm water and your regular facial cleanser. It should come off easily and will look like flakes or clumps of mascara. If you feel like there are still bits of it left after washing your face, take a clean spooly or mascara brush and run it through gently. This should catch the remaining residue.

I was very skeptical about trying Korres mascara because they are labeled a natural brand and are not known for their color products but rather their skincare line. However, I was completely blown away with how great this mascara is! I have very thin lashes which are maybe medium length and not straight but not curly either. With a few swipes of this mascara, my lashes instantly look longer, thicker, and defined. They help lift the eyelashes, lengthen, volumize and even define so it wont clump up. It doesnt flake throughout the day and it comes off fairly easily just by washing your face with a regular face wash or makeup remover. The fact that this is labeled a natural product is even better! Awesome for a natural everyday look for wispy long lashes, I would recommend Diorshow if you want more volume for a false lashes look.

One of the best lip moisturizers I have ever tried! I get dry, cracked lips that peel and this product helped soooo much! It is so creamy and moisturizing, there isnt anything better. The colors are even amazing, where they give just a light tint of color on the lips for a flushed look. My favorite is probably Quince and Pomegranate that give just a slight pinky tone. The Wild Rose is great if you want a sheer red look (great alternative for people who are weary of red lipstick). The Jasmine is more of a sheer color which will not make your lips look pale and doesnt have much color. Buuuuuut.... yes there is a but. It does not work very well under lipstick in my experiences. Since it is so moisturizing and creamy, it causes the lipstick to slip too much and you will have a hard time applying lipstick and getting it to smooth out evenly. My suggestion would be to just use a gloss over it if you need an extra boost of color. The lip butter already has a tint and a slight shine but if your a lipgloss girl like I am, gloss works great over this product and keeps the lip butter lasting longer. One more thing I forgot to mention, you can even use it on your cheeks for a hint of color. Works like a cream blush but a little bit too sticky for my liking.
