This is a unique hybrid product that preps and styles. I spray it on damp hair before blow drying as it also protects against heat. It has a nice subtle smell which is very important to me. I refuse to go through the day with bad smelling hair no matter how effective the smell is. The spray helps me style my hair the way I like which a little waivier with volume at the scalp and my natural curls air dried at the bottom. It makes my hair soft and shiny without getting hard or scrunchy. I tend to touch my hair all the time and thus need my sprays to not make my hair crunchy. The only reason I left two stars was that I wish it had some way to control frizz too. These days the weather is very humid which is making my curly hair frizzy and the spray is not enough to fight that so I end up using another serum on my ends.

I wanted to try a new good serum which had thermal protection. This is a good serum that really does stop frizz even when I blow dry my curly hair. I have always had soft curly hair but they would get super frizzy when blow drying or if the humidity increased a bit. This really does work really well and has a nice mild scent that isn't over-powering or cloying. Definitely worth a buy. However, be sure to use small amounts cause it does cause it can little build-up.

I have combination oily and normal skin so I need something that is moisturizing without oiling out my t-zone. This works really well most of the time. Although on my trip to a tropical humid climate the cream was way too much. Its also great that it includes SPF but im always debating whether in its enough in the summers. I would buy again for the hydration and great clean smell. And it really makes my skin look dewy and soft.

This is a great hair spray. I have been using the L'Oreal Elnett spray for a while now but was looking for something better. I found a travel size of the Aveda Control Force and thought since I already love my Aveda shampoo and conditioner this couldnt be that bad. It is amazing hold without making hair crunchy (which I hate). I can easily comb thru and dont feel the need to wash my hair the next day. It does not build up or weigh hair down. It also makes my updo's shiny and I like the smell. This is another great product from Aveda.

One of the best mascara's I'v ever used. I have previously always used drugstore brands like loreal, Revlon or maybelline thinking that all brands do the same thing might as well pay less. And for the last couple of times I’ve been using the Maybelline (the pink one) thinking that my lashes look great but it will always be impossible to achieve the false lash look without the false lashes. Boy was I wrong and I have never been happier to be proven wrong. This mascara really lengthens and defines my lashes. I didn’t need to take out my eyelash curler and hair dryer. Saved me the extra 5 minutes and pain of heating up the curler then waiting for it to be a little cooler and then curling. It is great for getting clump free lashes. I hate clumpy lashes but I know some people like the clumpy look. Thus I would not recommend this mascara for those people but for everyone else this is a great mascara. It is also definitely the blackest which I love and adds a lot of definition. It lasts long and never flakes off. Thus i I wish it did thicken a little more but I'm still really happy with the length without falsies. Worth the extra money. Update: I have recently noticed that the mascara does tend to disappear..it doesnt flake or drip just feels like its not on my lashes anymore. Maybe this is because of the cream like texture. And although I get massive length on this I still do get some clumps if Im not careful. So I like the creamy texture and the length but need thickness without clumps.

I dont think its too greasy since its a night cream and it spreads really well so all you need is a little at a time. But I do not see any difference in my skin. So its a good basic night cream to moisturize but nothing else.

I love body shop and keep hoping against hope that I will like one of their lip butters. But alas besides the smell I like nothing else about this. Hydrates for maybe 30 mins and then just feels waxy and dry. For the price and the brand I had such high hopes.

I have always had really clear skin and I have been forever grateful for it. But recently due to either hormones or really hot/humid weather or lots of stress or a combination of both my t-zone broke out. So I did some research and came upon the obagi cleanser and pore therapy. It has really helped clear my breakput. It was not a fast process but after a month of daily use once a day my breakout has cleared. Not only that but my oily t-zone caused lots of whiteheads and blackheads on my nose and chin which have also cleared. My skin feels smoother too. My mother who is in her 50's and has dry skin also wanted to use it and her skin feels and looks smoother (she had no pimples to begin with). Also her age spots and pigmentation are reducing. This product is pretty fantastic. I recommend trying it. But start slow because I started with twice a day as per the instructions and developed dry patches on my cheeks which are normal. So start with once in 2 days and then move on to once a day and so on.

I love both this one and the original formula that is now red in color. My curly hair just don’t manage without the serum. The serums are thick but don't make hair oily or weigh the volume down. I love that the serum is thick and not runny like water or oil. I like my serums to feel different from just using a hair oil. The serum smells really pleasant but not over-powering like some others I had previously used including loreal. The serum is fast absorbing and the moment I start applying it I can feel my hair beginning to soften and detangle. It has also really helped protect my hair (specially my ends!!!) from my numerous hair dryer uses. I love love love that the serum protects from thermal or heat sources also. For the price you can't beat this serum. I always recommend this to anyone who is searching for a hair serum.

This is a good foundation for everyday medium to sheer coverage. I like to use this on casual events like day out with the girls or home parties mostly places where I don’t want to use my expensive foundation but where I would like some coverage to help smoothen my complexion. There are plenty of colors to choose from so you are bound to find one you like and the variation of colors are available in different base tones from cold, neutral and warm to help match even more. My skin tone is usually hard to match because most foundations use a pink base and very few offer a warmer version of the colors. My mom on the other hand is completely a neutral shade and she found it a little hard to find her match. True Match also has SPF in it so it will protect from uv rays. Although having SPF is generally considered a good thing I really don’t like SPF in my foundations as it tends to add a whitish hue to the application and gives the face a powdery non-natural look. Ands It’s a little runny so be careful when applying. It is good for the price range and makes it easier to use for general college events. Its not the best foundation and definitely hard to get full coverage from it. But for people starting out or wanting to keep a cheaper foundation handy for casual everyday events this is definitely one of the better ones available.
