Aussie Hair Insurance Leave-In Conditioner

it won't wash out

I have two daughters who have used this. I stopped using aussie hair insurance because their hair felt like the fake Barbie hair. We haven't used it in 2 weeks or more and I still can't seem to get it out of one of my daughter's hair. Has any one else had this problem?
