in any form this oil is great taken internally for your health and skin. It contains essential fatty acids, that help you lose weight too! This even helped my mood swings around that time of the month. As far as supplements go, i also recommend CLA, Borage oil, flaxseed oil, dandelion root, milk thistle, and chromium. Healthy body = healthy skin. You can find primrose oil capsules for much less at your drugstore or healthfood store.

It doesn't matter what brand you use, this stuff is miracle potion. Use it as a spot treatment cause it can be drying. check out melaleuca dot com for more miracles of this stuff.

it takes away redness, heals my acne, make my pores smaller, i never go to sleep without it! the best acne product i have used for my sensitive skin. worth every penny.

it burns and i had better results with the MD skin care pads. it does soften but didn't do much for my acne.

the cleanser isn't good for taking off your eye makeup, i like the serum, the pads sting, and moisturizer isn't great. You could find more bang for you buck elsewhere.

It gets you dark and lasts for days, if you need a quicker fix use the whipped mouse. wear gloves, do it before bed and watch your sheets and clothes until you shower the next morning!
