Best at dark under eyes!

I use this concealer under my Bare Mineral Original foundation and I love it. It is heavier than most so be sure to moisturize well under your eyes. I use the medium and it has an apricot tint to it, which is good for neutralizing the dark circles. I also use it on the dark spots on my cheeks and a small red scar on my nose. The instructions say to put a bit on the pack of your hand and sort of warm it before using but I really don't find I need to do this. I apply is with a concealer brush and then pat blend with my fingers. See what works best for you. If I use a liquid or creamy foundation, I apply if over the foundation, a little more sparingly. Set with loose powder.
