It's not often I rate something a 10 but
This deserves it! I have tried TON of eye makeup removers but this one is by far the best! After reading so much about not using the makeup removing wipes due to the the damaging effects it has on the eye area causing wrinkles I decided to give this a go and I am beyong impressed. It took off my "bulletproof" mascara so easily. And you cannot argue with the price point especially considering the tiny amount you have to use.

While the 24 hour claim may be bit much this stuff does stay on for a every long time. I use it as a base coat before putting my powder eyeshadow on and it really revs ups the intensity and does help the powder shadow adhere better. I agree that it is better to dab this on on in small amounts! A little goes a long way!

I was so excited to try this but it just fell short of my expectations. Does not lather well despite the name and it does not smell like the original Herbal Essence. Not a horrible product but not great probably would not repurchase this one.

Every eyeliner I have ever used comes off by mid day but not this one! It stays on so well to the point that its hard to get off with makeup remover. The color is very rich though, not for the timid! I bought it in brown and its almost black. Great product!

Ouch! This stuff is rock hard and pulls and tugs not only damaging delicate thin skin but hurting. This one is truly one of those you get what you pay for!

I REALLY like this stuff. Its a little harsh but I learned quickly that I dont need to scrub that hard opps! It is truly unlike anything I have ever used. I love how fine of texture it has! But paying that much? I don't think so.

Great Gentle Scrub
If you are looking for a gentle scrub and do not paying a little more than this is the stuff for you! Great smell and texture. I got this as a gift and I really do like it. What brought the rating down for me is the price point. Honestly you get the same results from St. Ives Apricot Scrub.

i would not recommend this to someone just starting out with eyeliner. I have been using eye liner forever and this requires a very steady hand and its easy to go overboard. Also the brush is really hard to clean. Its a good product and I recommend it but with cautions...

I thought I would love this stuff since I am forever looking for a great moisturizer and yeah....not so much. This stuff leaves your skin with a very almost gritty feeling if you put it on then wait a minute and touch your face it will ball up and peel off it has that, "never dries" feeling. I tried using less and same effect and this with any type of serum under it is a nightmare. Its not even something you could use at night. Thank goodness I got samples sizes. But I cannot let a moisturizer go to waste even if it sucks so i will use it on my feet, knees, or elbows. Save your money.
