I have been using wen hair care system for one year and 1 month. My natural hair is fine and oily so I was looking for a product to give me more bouncy silky hair which is what wen was offering to everyone on TV. So I wanted to give it a try and I was surprised with the size of the bottles until I seen how many pumps you needed to use for one use at a time. I thought it was insane I had to use 20-30 pumps for my hair but, I thought if I want to get the full results like it promises I need to do what it says thoroughly and so I did. As I was using this cleansing conditioner the smell was so pretty and when I would put it in my hair I felt this weird tingly or something. So I thought it was doing its magic or something not paying attention to it over the months. Three months later I began to see my hair just looking great over the past months and it was very smooth and soft which was unusual for me normally with my normal shampoo and conditioner so it made me excited and I felt achieved. About a week later I really took a look at my hair and I noticed it seemed thinner and I payed attention to how much hair was coming out my brush. Lets just say, I was one unhappy camper ! My hair was thinning and falling out from the bottom half of my head. The hair near my ears and lower neck was shorter pieces of hair. I called Wen up and explained and they told me “ IT WAS NORMAL” ! Such Crock of CRAP ! They sent me the cucumber before I could even cancel my order. The customer service was unbelievable! I am so sorry for those who have to deal with them ! It took me so long to finally cancel all my orders and the people keep cutting me off telling me I owe this, I should just stay because I would be saving the most money, or you can not cancel until this day because your next shipment. YES PEOPLE, this is all true! I was so stunned, I cried and hung up and got back on that phone and told them “I AM CANCELING” !

I was looking for some new haircare products to try out for fine hair to give me more volume, I found this in a travel pack of the shampoo, conditioner, gel and hairspray at Target for $13. I thought what the heck, I can always use the travel bottles for something else and I was getting to try the whole set anyways as a tester. Not a surprise, I really hated this stuff. I have not used it more than once because I find they really dry out my hair. The conditioner lathers up nice and seems to cleanse thoroughly but after drying it looks harsh, the only thing I was okay with kind of was the smell but then I don't buy hair products for their smell and I dislike perfume in hair products . Also it rinses clean and leaves my hair easy to comb without breakage, this is a a little bonus for me. it is just enough for a little body and hold without fly aways and does not leave my hair weighed down or crunchy and stiff which it did not do unfortunately. I will not buy this when I run out. Honestly all together this stuff is just awful. It did nothing for my hair except make it lank and stringy. I am currently using the rest of the bottle to shave my legs. Got to use it for something right. it doesn't leave your hair very soft at all, It is just not worth the money to me and I would not recommend this to anyone not even my worst enemy. There is so much better out there for a cheaper price with a better quality and will give you better results. And it won't damage your hair no where as near as this does. What a rip off if you ask me.

This is the worst voluminous shampoo ever made !! Let me tell you this made my hair look and feel like CRAP! I hated this shampoo, it dried out my hair and did not give me any volume at all! When i got this shampoo i was super excited and ready to give my hair a boost of volume! Well, No it did not work that way for me and the price was high! So i was not only disappointing in the quality but the money taken out my wallet. It really made me very upset. My hair looked so unhealthy and I could not run my fingers threw it. It felt nasty and unmanageable to deal with. I washed it out as soon as I seen how it felt, looked and it just looked like a complete mess honestly that I did not want. I used the whole system to so it wasn't like I only used the shampoo , I used the shampoo, conditioner, blow dry gel and hair spray all from this line and I was so disappointed with it all! I do not recommend this product at all. If your looking for a nice soft voluminous shampoo I do not recommend this because it does the exact opposite. Like I said it really dried out my hair and I felt like if I were to use this any longer, my hair would have paid for it literally making my hair not only unmanageable but damaged due to the strong chemicals it has. This is a shampoo not used to do any good to your hair but give you extremely quick results that are not manageable for your hair. Its like sticking your head in a bucket of sticky buns hoping it comes out with volume! No way , I am good! I would rather have no volume then sticky volume! Nope not for me!

Before i started using this, i did not use any leave in treatment. I was only using shampoo and conditioner everyday. I noticed my hair was becoming very fragile with only using shampoo and conditioner. At the time, i was using VO5 lavender shampoo and conditioner. My friend had recommend this to give my hair a boost of healthiness. I started using it every time i got out the shower like it recommended to do on the back of the bottle. With in the first time i used it, i noticed a huge difference in the feeling of my hair and i allowed it to air dry instead of blow drying my hair. I was very amazed in the difference of frizz-control , shine, moisture, balance, and the overall manage ability it really delivered to my hair. I still continued to use my normal shampoo and conditioner as i always used. By adding this product to my hair routine has really been an incredible experience for me and i would not change a thing in my hair routine. I can actually let my hair air dry without feeling the need to put a ton of products in it and straighten it or throw it up to hide the damage it looked like. It really changed my life giving me less time spending on my hair and more time spending on other things. I don't have to worry about my hair looking the way it did anymore. It is just a huge relief knowing this now. And my point is , you can use a very cheap shampoo and conditioner and still get great results with using this product because that is how strong and promising this leave in conditioner is. So as long as you have this, you are good to go with healthy shiny hair . Be prepared to get compliments from people who know you and how your hair always looks and feels because i bet they will notice. My husband noticed with the first couple of hours after my hair was done air drying.

My hair became so crunchy like i could not even put my fingers threw it without my hands becoming so sticky . I had to wash my hands because it felt so disgusting! Did not hold like it said it would! Sucked

Very Shiny but i always had to reapply this and i tasted it more than it was on my lips . it keep getting in my mouth.. EWWWW.......... made me so mad because it tasted gross and sometimes it got stuck to my hair when i wore my hair down..

I love the fact that there is NO METAL! The metal pulls out my hair which is a big " NO NO"! lol haha These rubber bangs don't take any of my hair with them, it all stays just like it should .. GO BUY THESE NOW !!!!! You save money and hair!!!!! 2 for 1 deal

I have dry chapped lips and when i usually wear regular lip stick or lip gloss, my lips would crack threw the lip stick or lip gloss but with this, my lips stay nice and moisturized all day while applying it threw out the day. Great product

Great cheap price ! Very light lotion, not to thick and is great for an everyday lotion. I would recommend this for those who want a good lotion but is not expensive .

I really love this body mist because it is simple and not over the top. The scent is just beautiful and inviting. when i bought this fragrance and when i was wearing it threw out the day I would actually get compliments. For the price it's a lovely fragrance. What I like about it is that it makes me feel very clean and feminine. I love feeling clean and that alone makes this scent quite comforting. I only do one spray a day because it is overpowering when you first spray it and for me I can still smell at at the end of the day. I don't know if other people can though. Victoria Secrets fruity scents tend to give me a headache. Another great thing is Heavenly is one of my favorite perfumes. Even though I own much more expensive perfumes I reach for this one more than the others!
