I've tried just about every eyeshadow primer out there, and this is the only one that holds my shadow. I have semi-oily lids, and this stuff is the best. I recommend it to all my friends

Lumene Star Effect Mascara

I love this stuff

Reminds me of Maybelline Lash Discovery, but holds a curl much better. And I don't get raccoon eyes! Not sure if it's my holy grail, but still way up there for me.
