Talika Eyebrow Extender

Didn't extend much

I had read about this product in several magazines and was anxious to try it. I have medium to dark brown eyebrows-fairly fine hair. I used this daily but was not the least bit impressed. I couldn't really see a noticeable difference. And what I did see didn't look too natural. For $33 bucks save your money.

Maybelline New York Lash Discovery Mini-Brush Washable Mascara

gets even the shortest lashes

I use several mascaras daily and layer them. This is one I used almost daily of lower lashes and the short inner and outer lashes. I love the small brush. I wish the formula was a bit thicker which would allow for more coverage but maybe that would interfere with not smearing on short lashes. I recommend this great product!

Maybelline New York Sky High Curves Washable Mascara

Up Up and curve away

I love this mascara. I have used it since it initially came out. I recently purchased the new Lancome Curl mascara for probably 3xs the cost. For the cost difference I will return to this mascara. Take the brush and wiggle if back and forth at root of lashes and work your way up and you have great curled lashes. Stays on all day. Easy to layer with other mascara.

Maybelline New York Great Lash Washable Mascara

Don't get the hype

I know this is the go to mascara for top makeup artists but I don't understand why. I have over the years gone back to this mascara to try it one more time but everytime I don't like it. It is really watery or thin when first opened just makes my eyelashes look like spider legs. If I leave the top open so the air dries it out some it is better but this takes too long. Don 't like the consistency I need something thicker.

Dior Diorshow Black Out

Black out back lash

I have used the "regular" Dior Diorshow mascara and love it. So when I saw that this was the same concept but darker in color I thought would be great. Tried it and it was fine on lashes didn't really see much difference between this and the regular Diorshow. BUT It flaked all over my face. Not just under my eyes but cheeks. Someone would tell me I had something black on my face. After this happending several times I realised it was the Black out mascara. Sent it back and got a refund.

Ojon Rub Out Dry Cleanser

Love this stuff!

I have tried several OJON products from shampoos, conditioners, styling sprays and glosses and deep conditioning agent. This is my favorite of the bunch. It gives me an extra 2 days with my between shampoos. I have fine, colored hair and try not to wash it more than 3-4 weekly and this product allows me to do this. It absorbs the oil adding body and texture to my hair. It doesn't leave any white residue on my hair either. THe only negative is that it flakes off onto my clothes. I wear lots of black so this isn't so good. BUt overall I love this product.
