I had read a lot of great reviews about the Clarisonic on various blogs and was really wanting to give it a try. I was a little skeptical about whether the Clarisonic was as great as I was told or if all the beauty bloggers felt obligated to give a good review becuase they had received a free product.
I decided to do a little more research from the Clarisonic website and found out the following facts
Clarisonic cleanses your skin 6x better than using your hands alone
The company offers a 90 day satisfaction guarantee becuase they know it will make a difference for your skin
The Clarisonic does not spin like similar drug store products do. It oscillates using sonic pulses which means it moves back and forth but not in a circle
Depending on which Clarisonic product you purchase you can receive up to a 2 year warranty incase your device breaks or no longer charges
The Clarisonic is waterproof so you can use it while you shower or bathe. (There have been so many times I've accidentally submerged my product in water so thank goodness for that!)
With all the positive reviews I read and stellar facts from the company I decided to give it a try. After all there was a satisfaction guarantee and I knew I would recieve my money back if I was not happy with the product.
Within the first week of using my Mia I saw an immediate turnaround with my skin and began receiving compliments daily on how beautiful and radiant my skin was. People began to ask me constantly what my secret was for flawless skin and I had to tell them it was my Clarisonic Mia!
The Mia currently retails for $125 as the universal speed and a 1 year warranty. If I were to go back in time I would opt for the Mia 2 which retails for $150, has 2 speeds, a 2 year warranty and a pulsing timer that tells you when to move onto the next portion of your face.
The Mia has made such a difference for my skin and I will never be caught dead without a Clarisonic device in my skin routine ever again. It's as simple as brushing your teeth and reaps higher rewards than any serum or moisturizer will ever give you.

I was first introduced to the Clinique Foundation brush while working for the line. I have used many foundation brushes before, but never had the opportunity to use one from Clinique.
My first impression of the brush was that the bristles were very soft and the brush handle was easy to grip. Upon first using it to apply foundation I noticed that it did a great job of evenly applying foundation. It was great for demoing the importance of a foundation brush to customers and showing how you can get more of an even coverage with one.
The brush itself is really thick. One of the thicker foundation brushes I have used which I enjoy since I feel like I can be a little rough with the brush without worrying about bristles falling out. The brush really helps you control whether you want a light coverage of foundation or more of a full coverage look.
Upon cleaning my first Clinique foundation brush I noticed that since the brush was thicker a lot of product sunk between the bristles which made cleaning it more difficult than any of my other foundation brushes. I used a combination of warm water and brush cleaner but found that it wasn't enough to get my brushes squeaky clean. I ended up having to use make up remover to insure all of the foundation had been removed from my brush. It took me a good 20 minutes to clean and I had only gone a week without a wash. I feel like my other brushes don't take as long to clean.
The price for this foundation brush retails for $33. I have had my brush for a year now and have kept up on regular cleanings. I have not had any bristles fall out which is always a sign of a good quality brush. While the price tag may be steep for some I feel like it it a good investment piece. If spending time on cleaning brushes isn't in the cards for you I would suggest purchasing a foundation brush from a different line seeing as this one is a little time consuming with cleaning.April 16, 2014

This exfoliator is currently in my shower! It is the first time I have used this product and I have really enjoyed it so far.
This exfoliator is invigorating to the skin and it uses menthol in it to create a nice tingling feeling. I generally have a stuffy nose from allergies and so the menthol helps to clear out my nose as well!
For those of you that tan or use self tanning products you will find that your tan lasts much longer. It really helps to sluff off all the unhealthy, dead skin that sits atop your skin. You'll find that your new tan will last longer since it will be sitting on your healthy living skin that had been hiding. This product also helps prevent uneven tans and streaking! No more orange rough patches for me.
Since using Clinique Sparkle Skin Exfoliating Cream I have found that my body lotion is working better. The healthy skin is now absorbing the product instead of my dead skin. I have also noticed that I don't have to use nearly as much lotion as I have had to in the past and my skin stays hydrated longer.
The suggested use for this product is in the shower. Seems simple enough but I made the mistake of using it while taking a bath. Without getting into too much detail the menthol in the product did not feel too great on my lady bits once it reached the area via the water! For those with really rough skin I suggest using the product daily until you feel your skin soften, from there I suggest using it 2-3 times a week or as needed.
While I have really enjoyed this product I had to rate it a 5 star becuase it contains microbeads which are currently under scrutiny. New York and California are currently seeking a ban on microbeads because they have been found to harm marine life and contaminate water (a big no for the big Ag state of Ca). These two states are big political influencers so if this ban passes we may see this product disappear from shelves soon.April 16, 2014

I love this CC Cream because it's lightweight and helps my skin to stay hydrated throughout the day. The CC really evens out my skin tone and gives a moderate coverage look while still being a lightweight tinted moisturizer.
I got this product last summer and I use it nearly every day. It does provide SPF 30 UVA/UVB coverage although like all SPF it does wear down throughout the day. I do appreciate the fact that it is a higher SPF than similar beauty products that usually only offer and SPF 15.
The CC Cream can also double as a foundation primer and really helps me to achieve a full coverage look with some of my other foundations. Since the CC helps with color correcting I find that I do not have to use as much concealer as I do without it as my base.
For those of you with oily skin who are concerned this product may be too moisturizing I suggest going to your local Clinique counter and asking for a custom color match and sample. Clinique offers a custom color match and sample service on all their foundation products.
Colors are available in the following:
Very Light, Light, Light Medium, Medium, Medium Deep, and Deep
The color options I find to be fairly extensive compared to other CC brands and the colors adjust to your skin as well.
On occasion people do find themselves in between shades when the season is changing from one to the next. I like to have two shades on had for Summer and Winter. With the two shades I am also able to mix and create a custom color when one is not exactly right.
The product retails for $35 at all Clinique locations. While this may be a steep price for some I have found it a product worth investing in. A little goes a long way and so you really get your money's worth out of it.April 16, 2014

I think this product is great to have on hand for those who need refreshing throughout the day, however I feel there are DIY alternatives that have done just as good of a job for me. I did like having this on hand for the times I was too lazy to make a DIY version but I don't think I would purchase again due to price and lack of wow factor. This product is fragrance free and allergy tested for those with skin sensitivities which is hard to find in similar beauty products.

My husband hates it when I have anything he can feel on my lips (including chapstick) I love this stain because it gives me a little color and husband approved, kissable lips. Some lip stains I have found to be drying, however this one is not. It tends to apply better if you have hydrated lips and wears all day as long as your lips stay hydrated. I rarely use this product as a cheek stain because the size I feel is really meant for lips, however if you were in a pinch and needed some cheek color this would do the job.

I love the Gimme Brow because my brows naturally curl when they get longer. While I do my best to keep them trimmed and waxed I can't always make it in to get them professionally done. This product helps me get a professional brow look with newbie effort!

I would give this product a 10 however it is a little bit higher of a price tag than I would like to spend. I love that this product is a facial toner and have found that it helps to re-set my makeup throughout the day as well. On hot, summer days when I feel oily or "dirty" from being outside all day, I like to mist this product on my face, neck and chest to feel like I just got out of the shower. The scent is subtle and makes me feel like I am at the spa! While the price is a little steep I think it is worth every penny and there is a smaller travel size available for those who want/need a lower price tag.

I love Coco Mademoiselle because it's makes me feel feminine but powerful at the same time. I always get compliments when I wear it and people my age (20s) are usually surprised when I tell them what I am wearing. This perfume gives me the confidence I need to feel like I can fit in any situation.
