it feels like glue on your lips! If you kiss someone your lips will stick to them! On the other hand, It is very shiney. I prefer the rimmel pumped lipgloss. it is shiney and has a slight plump to it.

I like the lipstick style of this concealer. It's easy to carry and quick to use. I guess that was the target.(quickfix)
