I bought this lipstick in the shade 'beso' at sephora. it’s the most perfect neutral true red, and works on me (yellow based skin tone) and my pink based skinned friends! it applies smoothly and once it dries to a perfect matte finish, it stays until you take it off. it's actually a little difficult to remove it, in fact. i usually rub coconut oil on my lips and let them sit for five minutes or so, then wipe off and use a makeup wipe on them. You also have to be careful and apply around the edges with a lip brush, because if you mess up, it’s a huge hassle to fix it. it's a bit of a struggle, but totally worth it. my one problem is that it has a very strong vanilla scent when applied, but it dissipates quickly. 100% worth the money, i will keep buying this product until it is discontinued (which is hopefully never)!

I got this lip liner in the shade '9' i believe... it was a true red. It makes a great base that lasts all day under my red lipsticks. it's perfect! I couldn't ask for a better red lip liner. most of them are too cool but this is honestly neutral.

this is a great, standard bronzer that can be built up from a subtle to a dramatic finish. individual shades can be used for a naked basics-esque nude matte eyeshadow look. it can also be used for contouring, since it's completely matte. unfortunately, it shattered, rendering it all but useless. fixing it with alcohol would cancel out the mosaic properties, so i can only use it at home now.

I bought this blush in the shade 'luminoso' at cvs. it's a great dupe for nars orgams, albeit slightly less intense. it looks super shimmery in the package, which contains a mirror and a small (useless) blush brush. on the skin, it's a very subtle pinky peach color. will definitely buy again! unfortunately, it shattered quite easily, and i had to repair it with rubbing alcohol.

this is a pretty standard eyeshadow base and it does everything it's supposed to do and nothing more. i love the sleek packaging, like all nars products. Not sure if i would buy it again, as there are cheaper products that do a better job.

I bought this lipstick in the shade 'dolce vita' from sephora. it was a great 'my lips but better' shade (for light skin), a nice pinky nude. however, i don't think i'll shell out another $24 dollars or so for a sheer pinky nude that all drugstore brands can make very well.

I bought this lipstick in the shade 'fire down below' at sephora. it's absolutely my favorite lipstick of all time ever hands down. apparently, francois nars spent two years developing the shade that would perfectly match the shade of blood--after all, blood red looks good on every skin tone, as we all have blood. anyway, it wears very long and only creases up a little.. it's a bit drying so it's important to exfoliate and moisturize your lips before wearing it but otherwise it's perfect for all occasions.

this product was overall pretty disappointing... i have light skin but i couldn't find a good shade. the one i bought, custard, creased right away under my eyes and wore off after only a few hours. I will not be repurchasing.

I got this product in the shade 'copacabana' after hearing good things for using it as a highlighter... it was S O S H I M M E R Y ! ! ! ! I could hardly wear it in a low-lit room, let alone all day! As for texture, it was very very creamy and could easily be wiped off with a tissue. It would be good for a very dramatic look or perhaps a fashion shoot, but I couldn’t wear it anywhere for day. However, I was inspired by a hot tip on pinterest to mix highlighter with lotion and apply to my legs for a light sheen for special occasions. This has been the only use I could come up with for the product. It’s a shame, because it was so expensive… Later, I ended up buying becca’s shimmering skin perfector from sephora, which is much more subtle and is now my go-to for everyday highlighting.

Eyebrows are the most important part of my makeup regime. They can make me look polished without anything else. It's perfect for rushed mornings, because it takes almost no time at all to fill in my eyebrows. This is my hands down favorite eyebrow pencil ever! It has a fine tip and has a subtle pigment, which makes for a very natural look, and has a spooley on the other end to blend the color. It doesn't smudge and lasts all day, but is easy to remove with makeup remover. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I've recommended this to several friends, all of whom are very satisfied. It also has a wide variety of shades, even gray, so there's a shade for everyone. I have black hair, but I found that the full on black shade was too dark and a bit unnatural looking. I tried the 'brunette' shade, which is dark brown, worked out well.
