When I received this to try at home, I was surprised that it was a hair coloring system for professional use (as stated on the package) - not a 'box' color that you purchase for at-home use. However, I purchased a mixing bowl and brush, and went to town. I mixed equal parts 4N Light Neutral Brown with 4A Light Ash, with developer. I then sectioned my thick hair as best as I could, painting the color on. I do find it easier to use a squeeze bottle for this process, but I have a *lot* of hair. I left it on for 40 minutes, as I am only about 10% grey but they are very resistant to color. After rinsing and deep conditioning, I was surprised to see reddish tones, but those are much less noticeable now once my hair dried. Overall, the color was pretty good - very close to my naturally dark hair. Grey coverage was pretty good - only a few showing through but I think that has more to do with my newbie-technique than with the color itself. Overall, I'm happy with the color and coverage, and my hair was not left feeling like straw. More difficult and messy in application than a traditional 'mix and squirt' boxed hair color, but the results were very good!

This is the ONLY one of Clinique's toners/lotions that is properly pH-balanced in order to exfoliate, and the only one without the high concentrations of alcohol. It is a GREAT, refreshing toner. Very gentle, and works wonderfully.

Excellent excellent hair cream, that makes your hair wonderfully soft without weighing it down, or making it greasy-looking. Works wonderfully before blow-drying.

This is a great match for my skin, goes on well, and covers great - initially. I find that it just doesn't last long on me, much like the mineral foundation. Sad too, because it makes me really look airbrushed.

I know this is a great cleanser (formula-wise) and is a staple, but I just can't get past the texture of it.

I love love love Clinique's Gift-With-Purchases that they have twice a year, but honestly, how much makeup do we really need? :) I always find myself trying to look for something 'different' to buy for the git, and this lotion fit the bill perfectly. Can you get a cheaper body lotion elsewhere? Yes, but this one is really really good. Even though it has no scent added, its natural scent is divine! Very moisturizing, but never greasy. A Winner!

Hands down, one of the best shampoos I've ever used. I have a chin-level bob - very very thick, coarse, wavy hair. So many shampoos make my hair "too" soft - which is difficult to style. This great-smelling shampoo works wonders, and is a pretty decent value. This is the one I always go back to.

First of all, this is a very nice shampoo - does a great job, smells AMAZING, and I love the aluminum bottle. That said, The Body Shop's Honey Shampoo is similar in texture, and honestly does the same great job on my hair (which is very very thick and coarse) for half the price.

Just purchased this in Bonfire. I agree with the poster below who states that the color payoff isn't quite what it seems once it's on your lips. And, it does tend to be a bit sticky initially. Still, this is a beautiful, versatile color.

Fantastic mascara - the blue color is the best - not so much 'navy' as others, which I think just looks black. This is more of an eye-brightening cobalt. Great wear, too!
