This product is very handy for "freshening up." Makes face feel cool and refreshed, but is not a good basic cleanser. When I used Clinique Clarifying Lotion II after using it, a lot of dirt still showed up instead of leaving a clean cotton ball with no residue.

Hard to Turn Dial

I like the product, but the packaging is literally a pain. I have arthritis in my hands, and to "dial up" the product, I have to squeeze the dial that brings the product to the surface so I can use it. This literally hurts. If they make the dial more arthritis-friendly, I'd give this product a much higher rating.
