  • Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Parisienne Eau de Parfum Spray

Parisienne, by Yves Saint Laurent, is a very feminine perfume. No doubt about it. At first spritz, the blackberry hits the nostrils, before the roses take over. It really isn't something that I would personally wear since floral fragrances are very "girly," and not something I feel completely comfortable in. The scent is light, though – not overbearing with the roses. Kate Moss, in her commercial, makes the perfume look sexy, and with the Sandalwood to tone things down, the perfume can settle into a sexier scent over time. The bottle is quite lovely and the price at Sephora for 1 oz. is very reasonable. I would recommend to someone looking for a light, feminine, upper-end perfume at a reasonable price.

    L'Oreal Paris Feria Hair Color

    Great, Professional Color

If you get on the L'Oreal website, you should have no trouble mapping out what you want but take your time. Don't make rash decisions because the color lasts. It works great on healthy hair. It gives lovely shimmering color and based on your eye and skin colors, you should find a fantastic shade that works well for you. Feria is high quality. Don't complain about the few extra dollars. Enjoy!

  • Yves Saint Laurent Beauty YSL PARIS Eau De Parfum Spray

This very floral scent is too heavy on the flowers for me but there is no question that it is a feminine perfume. If you go light, you may not overwhelm the theater so spritzing a little on the clothing should last all day and the bottle is nice, but if your guy isn't the flower type, you may want a warmer scent.

  • Giorgio Armani Emporio Armani She Eau de Parfum

Unfortunately, this little, and I mean LITTLE bottle of perfume smelled nice as a MASCULINE scent. It was nothing I would wear as a woman. With the Mandarin, Cedar, and Musk, I would find it a pleasant scent on a man but I still find it overpriced for the size. It's a unique, simple bottle that my husband appreciated and it wasn't a strange attempt at art, but it still needed to cost less to be purchased for him.

  • Marc Jacobs Lola Eau de Parfum
    10.0

Marc Jacobs Lola Eau de Parfum

    Feminine With a Bite

This is a very feminine fragrance that surrounds you with roses, peonies and geraniums but after a few seconds you get the lively bite of pepper and then it warms you with tonka bean and musk. I was pleasantly surprised by its unique qualities and the bottle is fun and festive with a cap of flowers over a violet bottle and a gold band. Good job, Marc, coming up with a fun feminine, fragrance that is new and fresh.

  • L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Carbon Black Mascara

When you unscrew the wand of this sexy bottle of mascara, your first instinct is panic. A round ball? Oh no! But panic quickly dissipates as you realize that instead of jabbing toward your eyeball with a stick-like object you can easily swipe a wash of blackness without missing a lash. The spherical, multi-angle brush reaches the smallest lash and the lashes on the corner. No fancy handwork. It's easy to become addicted to such modern thinking. I really like the formula of the mascara too, after getting used to the watery texture that needs an allotment of drying time or you'll end up a black-eyed raccoon in a blink of an eye. Literally. So I suppose it does take some finesse because you have to rethink what you're used to. After several uses, the consistency of the mascara thickens though, and you feel more comfortable with it. Overall, the product it good for many women unwilling to pay the big bucks for a big name product. She may not feel it's worth the effort for the woman on the go, but if she's willing to learn a little technique, she may find it irresistible.

  • Aveda Hand Relief Moisturizing Creme

I think this hand cream and the one from L'Occitane are the super luxurious splurge if you have the cash for a personal spa. I like the way the thick cream melts into your skin without heavy perfumes to leave your hands soft and youthful. I don't purchase often from Aveda because the price is excessive but if you get a sample tube, throw it in your glove compartment to use at a stoplight.

  • Aveda Be Curly Curl Enhancer

I think drug-store products work as well, if not better than this one, and for the price, I don't think it's worth it. It gave a little moisturizing. Maybe it was the wheat complex. But I didn't find the curls more defined like you see in the picture. It makes me think, "Is this REALLY the product being used for these fabulous curls?" Perhaps I'm using it wrong. So if you'd like to moisturize frizzy hair and then scrunch it while still damp to get better results, then purchase an Aveda product that's mediocre. But if you want to save a few bucks, go to your local drug-store.

  • Giorgio Armani Armani Code Eau De Toilette

I thought this oriental was light and very sexy. I ended up choosing to purchase Givenchy's Pi for my husband but it really was a difficult decision. I found this scent warm and not overbearing. The Bergamot added just a hint of sweetness and it made him so cuddly. I love it. I'll probably get it for the holidays.

  • Nivea Essentially Enriched Body Lotion

I prefer the Smooth Sensation lotion for its creaminess and scent but this is a good moisturizer for the body overall. I got a sample of this and put it to use on my arms, legs, heels, and hands. I found that it wasn't as effective as the Smooth Sensation or Nivea Soft for making rough spots smooth and soft. I won't purchase again but it is still a cheap drugstore moisturizer. You just have so many to choose from, you might as well find something you really like.
