First of all it's a Hair & Scalp Treatment so you have to massage it into the scalp too, and let it sit for at least 3 minutes for it to work. I have long thick hair with oily/itchy scalp issues. After giving up on prescription shampoos that made things worst, I was recommended the PM Tea Tree line, by my hair stylist. I wash my hair twice a week and use the treatment once. My stylist noticed after 4 weeks that my hair was noticable healthier, it was smoother, softer and easier to manage. My Derm. also noted my scalp was less inflamed and I am no longer trying to scratch my brains out. It's available only at salons so the price is higher then store brands, but it's worth every penny.

The shampoo has a very refreshing smell and leaves your scalp feeling tingly afterwards. But best of all if, like me, you have a oily/itchy scalp this shampoo helps. I use to have to wash and treat my hair everyday and shampoo every 2, just to keep my scalp from become inflamed and itch like crazy. With this shampoo I only have to wash my hair twice a week and my hair feels softer and healthier since I started using it (along with the TT scalp treatment and moistuzer), which is something the shampoos I got from my Derm. was unable to achieve. Pricewise I purchased the large 1 liter bottle last year and only used half of it, it works out I may be paying x2 as much compared to other shampoos per bottle, but I since it lasts so long and I use less, overall I'm spending less per year with this shampoo.

The powder is quality is better then drug store brands, but not by much. While it is finely milled and bluffed on smooth without leaving brush marks or a white residue, it had very large mica particles. I found the mica made my face look glitterly instead of producing a fine shimmer like the BM Radiance powders.
