It was nice that it came with the attachments but it died after only a few months. Conair dryers from now on for this girl.

I have searched high and low for a great liquid foundation that matched my incredibly pale skin and wasn’t too heavy so I could use it daily. And to say I’ve tried them all is a big understatement. The last one I was using before I found this was Almay Smart Match and although I liked the formula and the idea of the product, it did not match my pale skin, even with “smart technology” So, I switched to Bare Minerals but wasn’t extremely happy with that either as it made my skin incredibly shiny and it’s quite expensive. I’ll be honest, my love for Zooey Deschanel may have pushed my towards the Rimmel London section, but it’s the foundation that keeps me coming back. This is a very great foundation and I do use it daily. It blends very well (even when using fingers), has a light formula that isn’t too greasy and seems to last well throughout the day and even on hot summer days. I used it for a few summer weddings so far and even though it was super hot and sticky, the foundation seemed to keep my skin looking cool. It covers red or blotchy areas really well and is great at evening out skin tone. It does cover up acne, but I find that sometimes I still need to use something else (Bare Minerals, usually) to do some spot treatments on the worse acne spots. I’ll have to try one reviewer’s idea of using a brush for more coverage. It lasts very long because a little goes a long way. I agree with other reviewers that the bottle isn’t the best for getting a small amount out, sometimes it can get messy. But all things considered, I do love this foundation and will continue to use it as long as they make it. I usually top it off with their Stay Matte Shine Control powder to ensure that I stay shin free for the day and I will use it for any needed touchups throughout the day, which doesn’t happen often.

I got this product in my June Birchbox, which was all about jet setting. I am extremely pale and am always hesitant with any sort of tanning products as I always worry that I will look orange, miss spots or have uneven results. My coworkers all rave about tan towels and I thought this product was similar. However, I only received 2 in my box, and not wanting to waste one on testing a small area, I went for it. MAN was that a mistake. I tried as hard as I could to use it evenly and used one for my whole body. I started with my right arm and it became apparent after it started to show because it was the darkest part of my body. It did not go on evenly and parts of my right arm were very dark so I was spotted, my neck and chest had no color, my left arm had very little and my legs had small but noticeable streaks. Needless to say, I had to wear pants and sweaters for a whole week in 90 degree weather because I was unhappy with how it looked. I tried everything to remove it, rubbing alcohol, exfoliation, lemon juice, you name it. It lasted a little over a week.. which would have been fantastic if it was a nice result but I will not be using anything like this again. I’ve been reading a lot about how to apply things like this, a little too late, but I don’t think I would have had a nice result even after following certain steps, like exfoliating first, because all of the tanning agent seemed to rub off on the first part of my body that I used it on. So my advice, embrace your paleness or go to the professionals for a nice and even tan!

I got this product in my June Birchbox, which was all about jet setting. I loved the idea of a two in one product for cheeks and lips. I received the color Beauty Queen. I am quite pale and the color looks a bit overwhelming in the bottle but I tried it and now use it every day. I love it on my cheeks, it’s a soft color once you do put it on, although the other reviewers are right in that it does stay on your fingers. However, I also tried it on my lips and did not have the greatest outcome. It didn’t really work for me on my lips, didn’t stain evenly or last very long. I was excited to have a two in one product for travelling or even to keep in my purse for touch ups but I haven’t been 100% happy with it. I’ve tried other lip stains and none of them have really lasted too long and I hate how dry my lips became. For the time being, it’s a nice option and I do love it on my cheeks for daily use. It probably works differently on everyone so I would say it’s worth a shot to try!

I have been using the Covergirl Invisible Concealer stick for a few years and have been very happy with it. I think it does a great job of covering up red or discolored spots on my face. It is very easy to put on, it blends in well with my skin tone and it is not noticeable once I put my regular make up on over top of it. Some other concealers that I have tried stood out on my skin, no matter what I tried to use over top. It lasts a while, but I do keep one in my purse for touch ups if necessary. It does an OK job of blending on top of makeup as well. The lightest one matches my skin very well so I can’t complain! It’s hard to find the perfect match. It doesn’t seem to clog pores too much and it easily removed with any face wash or make up remover clothes. I will be sad if they ever stop making these.

I do not normally go for the celebrity perfumes but I tried out this scent as a sample and I have been using it for a few years now. Sometimes it is hard to find in stores so I order it online from a discount fragrance site. It is a classic smell, not too strong and it lasts all day. The only thing that is a bit annoying about it is trying to travel with it. The top does not stay on very well in general, not to mention when you try to put in into a bag. To prevent leaks, I usually either transfer some into a travel bottle or wrap it in some paper towels and put it in a zip lock. Not too classy, but it helps. Overall though, great perfume and decent price. Sometimes it’s hard to find and decide on a new scent, I will probably use this for a while!

It's easy to apply but my skin is lighter than the light option so if I don't blend very well, it's noticeable. I like that it feels light on the skin and the SPF doesn't hurt either but I don't use it that often anymore.

Although the foam does not look as nice and drip-free as in the commercial, it is easier to apply on your own hair than the regular dyes. Do be careful about spilling or dripping on other things, it's sometimes hard to remove if you don't catch it right away.

So convenient after a long day or while traveling. No excuses for going to bed with makeup on if you have these. Works great, doesn't leave any residue and even removes eye makeup and mascara very well.

This is a nice product, easy to apply and doesn't flake like some. Occasionally I get clumps if I try to apply too quickly, but it's a good product for the price.
