Not sure what to think

I first saw this product on an entertainment show and was so excited and could not wait to purchase. Well, I did and needless to say I am not thrilled. First off, side one of the cream broke off after the first try. Side two has this great point but it was gone after the second try. The product itself is very creamy and hard to blend on your eye. Love the idea but wish there was something less "creamy" to work with.
