If you apply them correctly and wait for them to really be dry, it will pull lots of junk out of your pores...disgusting yet I always have to look :) I've never really used these on a regular basis - only here and there or semi-regularly for a while, and while they do pull out pore-clogging "stuff" it doesn't seem to have any long-term benefits. I feel using a good cleanser and exfoliator works better for me.

This made my skin so incredibly soft after just one use...it was amazing! Still can't tell what the long term benefits will be, but at the price I also don't think I can really afford to use this day after day even if it did work wonders.

I like this brush but have to knock off a couple points for the fact that I couldn't use it for a while because the bristles would pop out of the handle. I absolutely HATE brushes that do that and for the price I was really upset that it kept doing it. One day while superglueing something else I randomly thought of this brush and pulled it out of my drawers...it hasn't popped out at all since I did that, so now I love to use this brush. Still, it shouldn't come from Aveda that way...

I LOVE this brush - I've had it for ages and it looks as good as the day I bought it. I use it to style my hair straight with a hair dryer and it's very easy to use.

I really like the way this brush applies foundation and minerals veil (I like a light coverage). At first it wasn't as soft as I'd like - it was so itchy and harsh I wanted to throw it away...but after washing it and using it a bit, either I'm used to the feeling or it's softened :) Really, I think it has...though I don't know how :). Either way, I use it daily and it doesn't bother me at all! And, I haven't had a lot of shedding...maybe a few hairs here and there, but nothing to complain about.

After just one wash, my skin was noticeably smoother. It lathers nicely so you don't have to use a ton of it. So...one bottle will last a while, which is good since it's kind of pricey. I will continue to use this daily, trying to get rid of my Keratosis Pilaris and will update if and how long it took to work :) I know it's already working to make my entire body smoother!

Decent foundation - the coverage was medium, but it didn't seem to stay on my for long. I really wished it had some type of SPF rating.

This works really well. It takes off all residue of my eye makeup, even waterproof mascara, very quickly and easily. Does not irritate my eyes.

This dried my hair out - definitely is not very hydrating. I used this along with the conditioner.. The scent is pretty good though.

I didn't find this to be hydrating at all for my hair - in fact it was getting drier, so I had to change. The smell is good, though :)
