My HG foundation!

My previous HG foundation was Revlon Colorstay in Sand Beige. I used to wear it everyday but then someone had the courage to comment on me wearing make up all the time and it not looking so appealing to her. That was March/April 2010. So I started laying off on the Revlon Colorstay and just using it on certain patches of my skin that really needed something to cover it or to even it out. Then, I got Revlon Colorstay Concealer in Light and all the colors of NYX Concealer in a Jar (except the 3 darkest ones) and the Revlon CS has been stashed away with my other make ups... I thought it was the end of me wearing foundation everyday. ENTER THIS FOUNDATION AND BOOM! I bought it, applied it, placed myself under the sun and looked in the mirror... Then went inside and took photos... Asked my mom's opinion... THIS FOUNDATION IS AWESOME. It's lightweight but has medium coverage and it's buildable. Unlike with Revlon CS, I can feel my skin BREATHE under this and I can take pictures, look at myself in the mirror during the day outside and inside and know I'm going to look natural and healthy. I have this in 04 Sand Beige and I'm already planning on getting the other colors! I want to haul almost all of these because I want to mix and match foundation shades depending on how my skin is looking. Oh, did I forgot to mention that I wore this when I went swimming? This baby rocks! I just had to reapply on the corners of my nose after 2-3 hours as there is a lot of redness there but other than that, this foundation has me praising it from morning til evening! I LOVE THIS! More shades should become available. I'm sad that other woman don't have the opportunity to enjoy this! It's THE BEST!

NYX HD Eyeshadow Base

I bought this as soon as I could after reading some initial reviews on this from different websites about it being like Urban Decay Primer Potion--- just a but thinner in texture. It has a no fuss, no mess packaging + applicator with a sleek black tube with the trademark NYX text over it. It's AWESOME. I used to not really enjoy eyeshadows because they barely showed up on my skin and when I applied base over it, it would fade away later on during the day because of my oily skin... Now I'm enjoying eyeshadow and it's thanks to this little affordable blessing! I've been planning to buy UDPP but now that I have this--- and know that it's basically like the same product, but less pricy and less wasty with the packaging (not to mention easier on blending the eyeshadows over it) --- I think I'm ready to just buy 4 of these instead! (A backup is always necessary!)
