OPI Nail Lacquer

crap!

i bought the nail polish at ulta it was around 8$ i believe.. & honestly it is crap, it take about 20 mins to dry i have to do 3 to 4 coats to get the actual color .. there is better quality in a 2$ nail polish from sallys or wet n wild. i do not see the hype over this nail polish .. if i had the receipt i would get my money back
