Pros: Water-based, won't clog pores, won't stain clothes EVER (comes right out in the watch), very natural-looking Cons: Soaks right into skin (need to use quite a bit), wears off quickly, very very light coverage (this may not be a con for some people, but for me it is) So basically there it is, it really isn't a bad foundation if you have nice skin (it certaintly won't make it any worse), but if you need good coverage I would look elsewhere.

The thing I LOVE about this is that the patch really holds the salicylic acid onto the pimple, which really makes the treatment affective. However, it often doesn't work very well for pimples that are still under the skin, it seems as if the salicylic acid can't quite get there. Also if you have a lot of zits it isn't the best way to apply it. I think that it is all right to wear under makeup if you have enough patience for it to dry completely, but it is much better for nighttime use.

This is a great product, I have horrible puffy eyes and this really does the trick. My only issue with it is that it can take a couple minutes to dry, so it isn't great if you're in a hurry. If you don't wait long enough and try to put concealer or foundation under your eyes this gel will cause your makeup to flake off. However, if you can wait, then this really works wonders.
