I have curly hair that's color-treated, so I need a very moisturizing conditioner. I wasn't terribly impressed with this one, especially for the price. My hair is less manageable and more frizzy after using this. Butter Treat, by Redken, and DevaCurl's DevaCare are better choices for people with hair like mine.

I've tried MANY of the daily tanner/lotions, including Jergens and Aveeno, and this one's my favorite by far. Believable color, a nice (but subtle) sheen, great moisturizing properties, and a decent scent. Also, the tan shows up quickly.

This is a great night cream, especially if you use retinoids or any drying ingredients in your skincare routine. I layer this over a retinol serum and have had great results. You can't beat the price, either, for the quality of the product.

BareMinerals Original Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15
One of the only foundations that doesn't break me out
I have to love BE. I have no choice. It's one of the ONLY foundations that doesn't break me out. The powder isn't my favorite for my mid-thirties skin--it does tend to be less flattering to fine lines, I think--but it's better than most products out there.

I love this mascara--it lengthens and doesn't clump or glop. Minimal to no flaking, which is more than I can say for Cover Girl Lash Exact or Maybelline Define-a-Lash (CG is better than the latter, but not as good as Max Factor). Will repurchase.

This is my HG lip sheer/lip balm. It has a great SPF, doesn't feel tacky or waxy, and looks great. I'll definitely be purchasing more shades of this, based on how my first one (#10) looks and feels.

I'm not sure that the "tapered" aspect of the brush is really an asset. BE brushes are good quality, but I think I prefer a non-tapered blush brush.
