Clairol Natural Instincts Brass Free

Hmm.

So I was desperate to get rid of the last of my reddish hair color, and chose Brass Free Brunette in 6[point]5 (the lightest shade of brown available). It doesn't stink (Yay!) and goes on nicely, but after I rinsed it I found out that it REALLY stuck to the red that was left in my hair and didn't cover the blonde roots very well. I had to color my hair again that evening to even it out, but I think that I'm just a special case who has to make the weirdest mistakes in at-home hair coloring. I'm very happy that it neutralized the red in my hair. It came out a lot darker than I thought it would, especially considering it was supposed to be the lightest brown available.
