This is a really good moisturizing balm/gloss that goes on sheer. Great for casual days when not much makeup is necessary. The formula is closer to a balm than a lipgloss - thus it's not very sticky (if you get some on your fingers it won't be impossible to pry them apart.) Needs to be reapplied every few hours to maintain the shine but will not dry out your lips like many other lipglosses.

The brush is a bit awkward for me to use.. sometimes the amount of product isn't distributed evenly. Makes my lashes very long and somewhat fuller, however it cannot hold a curl on my straight lashes. My lashes felt a bit stiff afterwards and there was some smudging after a few hours, but no flaking.

Chic Palette blush is highly pigmented and a finely milled powder, which lends to a great color payoff. Blush goes on very smoothly and blend well. However, one must use a light hand when applying because it's easy to go overboard with these! A little goes a long way with some careful blending. Packaging is very sleek and comes with a large mirror. Also, it is a great value (especially if you can find a deal, ie: strawberrynet) for three blushes.

This mascara will stay on your lashes for as long as you need it to.. just be careful not to rub your eyes too much as this may cause some flaking. Otherwise, there's no smudging at all - which is great for use on the lower eyelashes. Holds a curl fairly well with repeated coats (which is what is needed to get dramatic length). The wand/formula does nothing for lash volume though, which is a downside. It can also be expensive (around $30 a tube in Canada) but I'm sure there's websites online that offer it for cheaper.
