Why no QVC ratings?

I actually have never used products. I gave it a neutral rating because I had to get it something I tried to be fair. My question is since Dr Denese has been on QVC for over 15 years I find a little suspect that most of the products have absolutely no QVC reviews. I'm contemplating buying the $89 facial pads and she has some other kid out for about the same price. When I Google the best anti-aging creams. I'm 60 years old with a face of a prune and a turkey neck I'm not looking for a miracle just a little help
