It does have some pigment, and for a dollar, it's not that terrible. But really, it was SO crumbly even the slightest brush would create a powder disaster. I will not repurchase.

I was surprised at the quality of this little quad! For only a dollar, I expected less. I have it in butternut and I think it's great for a neutral look but I'd like it more if it were less shimmery. I'm not sure why it's a 'brightening' because it doesn't really do much to brighten. It is pretty pigmented, though, and although it was a nice buy, I wouldn't buy it again. I'd say that it was a good start in eye makeup.

I'd bought this product with (misplaced) high hopes. I'd used several ELF products before and I was so dissappointed with the lack of pigment. It was super watery and looked absolutely terrible.

This shampoo works really well for my short, semi-dry hair without the conditioner. My hair feels so much softer and fluffier. The only downside is that after using this, my hair tends to get oily very quickly. Oh well... For someone who has really dry and/or coarse hair, though, I'd recommend using the nourish + moisturize conditioner.
