Merlot products contain grape seed oil, which is full of anti-oxidants and help protect skin. The hand cream is very light and absorbs quickly. There is a slight "sheen" to your hands & nails after application. It is good to massage this creme into the nail cuticles for maximum protection. The creme purports to fade age spots, but I have not used the product long enough to see a difference in my one spot. I love the Merlot Lip Balm, you should try that one first and see if you want to purchase other products from this line. Available at Walgreens & on line from their website.
