It seems this is something you either love or not depending on the coverage you want. For a natural finish, it's great. For heavy coverage, it isn't. It would be nice if this came in a portable version, too.

Maybe this would work well on hair that is almost straight anyway for a smooth finish but it does not work to straighten curly or very wavy hair. Unfortunately you get what you pay for.

This does add some softening but not as much as a leave-in conditions. The ingredients are good for your hair though and don't weigh it down.
