Aveeno Clear Complexion Daily Moisturizer

This is the only moisturizer I let NEAR my face. It doesn't cause excess oiliness but keeps my face feeling soft and smooth. It doesn't irritate my face or cause breakouts. It doesn't feel greasy when I put it on and absorbs into my skin immediately. I use nothing else.

Aveeno Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Daily Scrub

I've been using this product every morning in the shower for years. It generally keeps my skin feeling clean and fresh. I still get some hormonal breakouts once a month, but I feel that Aveeno products are sensitive enough to not irritate my skin unnecessarily. I've tried so many brands and products and so far Aveeno has been the least irritating, although I'm still looking for the "holy grail" of breakout prevention for sensitive, adult skin.

Nars Duo Eyeshadow

The colours are nice, but I don't find that the more neutral colours show up as much as I'd like. It's alright, but not a favourite.

MAC Zoom Lash

My first choice

I have tried every drugstore brand and even a few of the more expensive ones, like Lancome, which left me completely unimpressed. This is the first mascara I have ever loved or become loyal to. It does not get flaky or dry. It goes on as thick as I want it to and stays put all day. I won't ever go back!

Living Proof Prime Style Extender

It's ok, but not a miracle-worker

I bought this product due to all the hype behind it at Sephora. I didn't notice too much difference to my hair. It keeps the style in place for the day, but it does not extend past a night of sleeping on it. It has a great smell and keeps my hair shiny and light, but not for more than 12 hours.

MAC Prep + Prime Skin

Never go without it

I never put on makeup without using MAC primer first. It goes on smoothly and allows me to blend my concealer easily. It keeps my makeup in place pretty well for most of the day, but I live in Thailand, so it would be nearly impossible for any primer to keep my makeup from sliding completely.

I have tried many drugstore shampoos and I always come back to Dove. It has a rich consistency, a nice smell, and leaves my hair tangle-free, smooth, and soft.

TRESemme Split Remedy Shampoo

Unimpressed

Left my hair feeling tangled and dry, although I normally have oily hair. This shampoo made it difficult to brush my hair after showering, even after using conditioner. I would not buy Tresemme shampoo again.
