I use the waterproof glimmersticks and I love it I buy it in bunches so that I never run out. There are multiple colors and all of them last all day.

Revlon ColorStay Eye Liner

Pretty good at staying all day

I used to use this eyeliner all of the time but it doesn't last for 18 hours. Mine started migrating after about 6 which isn't bad, I usually do a quick re-do at lunch anyway.
