For the price it does a good job. I did not have a problem with sensitivity, but my teeth are typically not sensitive to things.

For the price there are better ones out there. I did not feel that this worked magic. It took me a few passes over the same areas to achieve a straight look. I don't have curly hair, but more wavy and it's only wavy underneath.

I just recently purchased this Shiseido product, and so far I'm really digging it. I don't look shiny at the end of the day, which is actually what I like best about the product.
