SK-II Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil

Just bought this

I just bought this product after reading some seriously good reviews about SK II. The thing is, i have a lot of acne and i noticed that this product has got both mineral oil and isopropyl palmitate as two of its key ingredients. It is no secret that those ingredients have been known to clog pores. After seeing that, im not too sure about using this cleansing oil anymore. I tried looking online to see if there are any in depth reviews RE sensitive skin with sk II cleansing oil but there was none, so i am going to put it aside for now until someone can let me know if this cleansing oil will worsen acne skin.
