My dermatologist recommended it and it's especially good for those of us who have had sun damage. You need to use it consistently but it will fade spots and it's a super anti-oxidant. Retail is about $125 but you can buy samples on ebay and other online stores. Once you get it, I'd suggest keeping it in the fridge to keep it as fresh as possible. I've seen amazing changes in my skin in just a month and a half of using it.
