This is one of my top eye treatments. It's not a miracle-worker; however, it can be used all around the eye area without any irritation or eyes watering. It feels good going on, it hydrates very well, works well under makeup, and the pump dispenser is a winner for both keeping ingredients fresh and being able to easily dispense the amount you need.

I use this both under and above my eyes. It's a nice, moisturizing cream that doesn't bother my eyes. The fine lines around my eyes haven't noticeably improved; however, they haven't gotten any worse. And I believe this does help with the sagging skin under my eyes.
