Excellent .. Except it smudges

I love this eyeliner. I love the way it's packaged and it's very pigmented and creamy. It glides on very easily and I use it as my waterliner. For the first couple hours I'm very very happy with it. But because I have oily skin and eyelids, the eyeliner smudges and I have the worst raccoon eyes ever. It's so perfect and I love it, but I will not be buying it again because it smudges so badly.
