I am normally a huge fan of everything Merle Norman but this eyeliner is just ok. The colors are great and it goes on easily, but I have watery eyes and it tends to smudge under my eyes after a couple hours. My eyelids also get a bit oily so it will rub off and leave lines in the creases of my lids too. If you have the same problem, try Merle Norman’s soft touch eyeliner. I have switched to that and it goes on and blends easily and stays put all day long.

I use this in the winter when the air is dry. Great coverage and it blends well. This does not feel heavy or greasy and it lasts me all day. Cost me $22 at my local Merle Norman. Well worth it !

I have been using this product for well over 10 years and it is the one thing in my makeup bag that I cannot live without. The powder is very fine and it goes on smooth to make my skin look flawless- never dry or cakey. If I remember correctly I think this is about $35.00 at my local Merle Norman. Well worth every penny!
