I have used Rimmel mineral (liked, discontinued), Wet n Wild Natural Blend mineral (love, currently using, can't find, probably being d/c), Maybelline mineral powder (like, no shade light enough for my current skin color), Airspun powder (love, but messy container), and Maybelline shine free (love, no good shades). This L'Oreal is the worst thing, I agree with everyone that it is cakey and is hard to blend and really makes you look bad. I really can't think of any situation where this powder would be useful or helpful.

I am actually only 24 but I have wrinkles in my forehead that never seem to go away no matter how much I moisturize, and undereye creases so I thought I would try this since it was on clearance at CVS. It was very smooth and felt and looked good but it was a little too wet and dewey on me. I might try the version for normal skin because I did like how it smoothed me out. Light to medium buildable coverage.

My typical foundation was d/c so I have been trying every other one at the drugstore market and am about to just visit a department store and get a consultation. Anyway this was on clearance at CVS, they had a light shade that looking appropriate for my fair skin, it brightens, and it had SPF. I actually didnt think it was too horrible. I toned and moisturized first as always, and set with loose mineral powder. It provided light coverage and made me look slightly dewey in good way all day. I think it would be great for days outside and at the beach when you still want makeup but don't want to use expensive stuff or use anything heavy.
