It's not the best... it's a retractable pencil so you don't have to go through the hassle of sharpening them. For me, it smudges after a few hours of wearing it. Very creamy, very pigmented, and application is great - it glides on easily. I'm pretty sure there are better eyeliners out there but this is good for a drugstore brand.
