No stinky smell, not heavy and it feels great on my oily skin. Emulsify a bit on your hands and then place it on your face, don't smear until all your face is covered. Let it dry and then apply your choice of foundation. My only con is that it is only a 15 spf. I am hooked.

Holds small amount but it is great for shoving in your purse for touch-up and an evening on the town. Will hold short brushes, 2 full size minerals and up to 4 small pots of minerals (turned on their sides). Very useful.

this one was junk. The brushes are outstanding and the make-up is awesome. This little compact doesn't seal so your powder ends up all over everything and eventually it will make it to your face. You'd do better carrying a retractable brush a pot with the minerals than this thing.

I have used this brand since 2001 and am responsible for several dozen converts. I have oily skin, huge pores and when I began using it I lived in MS (code for HUMIDITY). I stopped wearing all foundations because of caking in spots and runny messes in others. Bare Minerals solved the problems. Everyone says "I want to have your skin!" In addition, the cost is marginal and the product lasts a very long time.
