I have super oily skin and I was really iimpressed after 10 hours how matte my skin was. I don't like the look of powder on my face after a while because after a while it will look cakey and seems like it starts to melt but when I use this on top of anything, my whole face just glows and it looks smoother and much improved. I have this in the compact and I don't even have to touch up. The smell isn't bad, it just smells like powder, not too strong but it is very faint. i love the compact because I don't have to worry about it spilling out in my purse and I can just touch up and go. I thank God that i found my HG powder now I am curious to try the bare minerals foundation :)

I love using this under lipstick and other lip gloss. The smell is amazing and the texture is not sticky, its not, slimy and it doesnt cause that white film like most of MAC Lipglasses do. I highly recommend this for the cold winter months and just for everyday use...by far one of the best out there.

This was my HG primer for my oily skin. The texture was perffect, the consistency was thick enough to spread without feeling greasy and it kept my oil in check all day and after a club night full of dancing!! I purchased it earlier this year around April and I saw major imprvement in my old acne scars and hyperpigmentation. So just recently I went to purchasse another one in August and it was watery and just not the same, it also left a white cast on my (NC50) face...the MAC rep told me it was reformulated an my heart sank because it was my HG primer after a long search :(
