St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub

Great exfoliation for those of us in need...

This is a great face scrub that isn't like using sandpaper but is close enough to be very effective. I love this stuff, and it's always been good every few days when I need a good exfoliation. I have long-standing acne issues, and this prevents a great deal of trouble by keeping my face fresh and soft. Not for sensitive types.

Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo

Rich lovely lather and seems to condition too :)

Of course I still use a conditioner afterward, but really this shampoo couples with so many conditioners well it has to be my new favorite shampoo! It even seemed to compensate a little for bad conditioner, which could really help if this recession gets worse ;) It lathers up a mountain of suds, which I like in a shampoo. It's not overpowering in smell, and was a good price at the drugstore. Thumbs up!

Citre Shine Shine Miracle, Highly Laminating Conditioner

Somewhat Disappointing...

I have used the Citre Shine gloss for years, and was excited when I saw this at the grocery store. I was on a quest to have control of my mane and this did not help. Coupled with various shampoos, it never "shined." In fact some combinations made my hair downright yucky and unmanageably frizzy. This conditioner is not worth the premium considering all the better ones out there, as its collective score reflects. Good luck!
