Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo for Color Treated or Permed Hair

Fortifying, but heavy

This shampoo smells great and cleans well, but left my high-lighted hair feeling a bit "heavy" and the "clean" feeling did not last for more than 24 hours (even in winter when the air is dry). It did soften my hair.
