The Body Shop Satsuma Puree Body Lotion

Smell is phenomenal!

This is probably one of my favorite smelling scent lotions ever. It smells like an orange or tangerine and does not have that cheap synthetic style smell to it. It smells so pure and sweet and for that I love the body shop as I am addicted to this scent, however, I notice the scent does not linger as long as I would like so that is why I docked it 3 stars as I constantly have to reapply to savor the scent.

Aveda Wooden Paddle Brush

I love to love this brush!

I fell in love with this brush years ago when I was being a "test" client for a friend of mine who went to the Jean Madeline Beauty school. The school at the time (may still do) only used Aveda products and when my friend introduced me to the product, I wrinkled my nose at the price but I am glad I purchased it. It is the best paddle brush for me...I have very long hair and it is very thick and I literally have broken other brushes because of the length and thickness of my hair but nope this is extremely durable. One day though I got my purse stolen and this brush was in it and when I went to replace it...I noticed the brush was not of the same quality it seemed like Aveda got a little cheap BUT it is still very good, do not be discouraged by the price - I purchased two because I love them so much!

Paula's Choice RESIST Intensive Wrinkle-Repair Retinol Serum

Noticeable difference after a week!

This if my first rodeo with a Paula's Choice product and I was impressed by the culture and integrity of the company so I spent $40 on this. I am 32 years old with fair skin, nothing too sensitive but I am starting to get concerned with the idea of wrinkles and keeping my youthful glow. I do have adult acne (blah) and I notice my skin complexion at times looks uneven. When I first tried this I love the silky feel of it on my skin, it felt smooth going on and after a week I feel my skin complexion is looking a little more even and I feel it has brought back a certain glow. I would be open to other products but I think my choice at the moment is Paula's choice...no complaints!
