Absolutely LOVE this stuff!! NO, it doesn't foam up but it does the best job of moisturizing and giving a good clean shave whether legs, face (my husband uses it too!) or bikini area. Not much is needed either. A tube lasts much longer than a can of foaming shave cream. I have searched to find it as my local store no longer seems to carry it and will be placing my order now.
