I wanted to like this, I have had mediocre results with some of their products, but really LOVED a couple of others. This has a delicious citrus scent that seems to linger a few hours in my hair, and a little goes a long way in damp hair. It feels a bit greasy, but does not weigh down my (long, slightly wavy thick, fine) hair. Although it seems to make my hair a bit softer, my hair looked just as dull as it has for the last couple of weeks, On wet or dry hair I don't SEE a difference - which is too bad because it is one of the best smelling products I've smelled in a long time!

I waited for two years until I finally extra $$ to get this and was horribly disappointed. I'd been using neutrogena's anti residue shampoo for years but couldn't resist the splurge on this. It doesn't lather or spread well so it takes a ton to feel like you are getting your hair covered. I tried just putting a bit on, a ton on, and everything in between with no change in results. It did not make my hair look any different at all, and certainly didn't provide the shine I get when I use straight old apple cider vinegar. I used it a dozen times and finally just threw it in the garbage today.

I love how thick this makes my lashes look. I have trouble applying to my lower lashes with this wand. I find after the first few uses it seems a bit prone to drying out even if I close it tightly.

When I opened this and dipped my finger in, it sunk right in - I'd expected it to be somewhat firm, but it was the texture of slightly runny petroleum jelly. The colors aren't very dark, and I don't find that it's long lasting. Also I think it's not very hygienic , nor is it practical to carry around because it gets almost runny in warm weather and the lid isn't secure enough I'd feel safe. I have soho and both the colors are rather frosty.

I like this shampoo, it doesn't leave my hair really shiny but it leaves it looking pretty good. It's expensive but it really is a giant bottle and will last a long time. One negative about this that applies more to the conditioner in the same line is that the bottle is very stiff plastic, which makes it hard to squeeze product out. The shampoo is thin enough to get out without too much trouble, but I can hurt my hand trying to get the conditioner out even while its still 90% full, I imagine both will be harder as the bottles empty. It smells good, the lather is great and you don't need to use much, so I am pretty happy with it
