Don't see any Lip plumping action. Also it's very good for smoothing out lines and keeping lips moist. It doesn't stick like some lip gloss,but for the plumping part other than a little tingling (numbing) does not work. It is too pricey to just use for lip gloss and not working for what it was designed to do...Volume XL Seduction Lip Plumper. Do not recommend it for plumper lips.
